Easy to make ! . -Set your griddle at medium heat -chop up your favourite vegetables I am using red onions, yellow pepper and beef -place them on the griddle and cook until done, then spread cheese on griddle and place nacho chips and the cooked vegetables and steak and top with more cheese, tip the cheese at the bottom helps keep it together when removing off the griddle.place a dom on top for cheese to melt -serve with salsa, sour cream & enjoy #steaknachos #st
