All northbound lanes of the 110 Freeway were temporarily shut down due to a reported overturned cement truck in the South Los Angeles area Tuesday morning.
Part of the 110 Freeway was closed Wednesday morning in San Pedro due to downed power lines. Southbound lanes were closed at Pacific Avenue and Channel Street. Details about what caused the lines to fall were not immediately available.
Cement from the truck was seen spread across several lanes.
